Current Grant Deadline 30th November, 2016

The new Arts Network Sutton executive committee will be temporarily halting our grants program, following the current applications deadline.  This will give us the time necessary to investigate additional and alternative funding options and decide how best we can serve the membership moving forward.  More information will be given early in the new year.

Tea & Cake with John Hegley

Live literature event

Register for free ticket

This unique event will be hosted by the one

and  only John Hegley, performer and poet

made many appearances on the BBC, at the

Edinburgh Fringe Festival and featured in the

Guardian, Independent and Observer

newspapers. He is the author of numerous

poetry books including "My Dog is a Carrot",

"Uncut Confetti" and "I am a Poetato".

This live literature and digital event will bring you the re-imagined stories of Sutton and offer a unique insight into spoken word, poetry and live performance. We will have performances from new and emerging talent and poems and songs from John Hegley himself, alongside the original recorded stories of many who've lived or worked in the borough.

There will be something for everyone. This is a truly inter-generational event and whether you have a passion for performance, history, music or your local area this live finale promises to be very special.

Free, all ages.
